Eurospan Holdings Berhad (“EHB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that at the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 October 2019, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 27 September 2019 were approved by the shareholders by way of poll.
The results of the poll were validated by Tan Yen Yeow & Company, Chartered Accountants, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
