LISTING OF AND QUOTATION FOR WARRANTS (AS DEFINED HEREINAFTER) ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF 136,778,701 WARRANTS IN CHHB ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY TWO (2) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES OF CHHB ("CHHB SHARES") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY ON THE ENTITLEMENT DATE ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new CHHB Shares at the exercise price of RM1.20 at any time during the exercise period indicated above (if the above maturity date is not a market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the fifth (5th) anniversary of the issue date of the Warrants), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll dated 3 December 2018, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 28 December 2018.
