We refer to the earlier announcement dated 22 October 2019 in relation to Memorandum of Understanding(“MOU”) with Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. (“Huawei”)

This announcement is in respect of the clarification to Note 4 (Duration and Termination of MOA).

We would like to clarify that the commencement date of the initial period refers to 22 October 2019. The expiry date for initial period is, therefore, 21 October 2020.

This MOU will remain in force for a period of one (1) year (“Term”) upon signing and will be automatically extended for a one (1) year period, unless one of the Parties gives a written notice to the other Party of its intention to terminate this MOU at least thirty (30) days before the expiry of the Term.
