On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants at RM0.38 per Warrant.
The exercise price of the Warrants represents a discount of approximately 31.15% to the 5-day VWAP of PNE Shares up to and including 27 November 2019, being the last trading day before the date of this announcement, of RM0.5519.
