KUCHAI DEVELOPMENT BERHAD (KUCHAI OR THE COMPANY) - PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION OF UP TO 1,976,956 ORDINARY SHARES IN KLUANG RUBBER COMPANY (MALAYA) BERHAD (KLUANG RUBBER) BY WAY OF DIVIDEND IN-SPECIE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY ON THE BASIS OF ONE KLUANG RUBBER SHARE FOR EVERY 62.5949 ORDINARY SHARES HELD IN KUCHAI AS AT ENTITLEMENT DATE.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 04 Jan 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 08 Jan 2019
3)  Date Payable : 30 Jan 2019

Remarks: Basis of one Kluang Rubber share for every 62.5949 ordinary shares held in Kuchai as at entitlement date, fractions of Kluang Rubber shares to be disregarded (Proposed Dividend In-Specie). The Proposed Dividend In-Specie will be carried out following the completion of the proposed dividend in-specie by Sungei Bagan.
