The Board of Directors of Kluang Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 60th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 30 October 2019 and tabled at the said AGM which was held today, have been duly passed. All the resolutions tabled were voted by poll at the AGM of the Company. The results of the poll which has been verified by Independent Scrutineers, Messrs. Deloitte is attached for reference.
