Further to our announcements dated 2 August 2019, 5 August 2019 and 10 September 2019, the Board of Directors of Berjaya Land Berhad (“BLand”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has, vide its letter dated 18 October 2019, resolved to dismiss BLand’s appeal for further extension of time to comply with its approved minimum public shareholding spread requirement of 15%.

As at the date of this Announcement, the public shareholding spread of BLand is 14.53%.
