The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 31 March. The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for a period of 15 months, from 1 January 2019 to 31 March 2020. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall end on 31 March for each subsequent year. The reason for the change in financial year end is to avoid the busy financial reporting period for companies with year end of 31 December.
