The Board of Directors of JHM Consolidation Berhad ("JHM" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that a third interim single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2019 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 31 December 2019 to depositors registered in Records of Depositors at the close of business on 16 December 2019.
