The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and the rights subscription form in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents") will be despatched to the shareholders of I-Berhad whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of I-Berhad at 5:00 p.m. on 4 November 2019 ("Entitlement Date") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
