The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 October 2019, received a notice in writing from Messrs. Deloitte PLT (“Deloitte”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act, 2016 with effect from 15 October 2019.

Deloitte were re-appointed as Auditors of the Company at the Company’s last Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 29 May 2019, to hold office until conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of Deloitte is a voluntary resignation. The Company has identified Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT as the replacement Auditor. However, their appointment would only be finalized upon receiving their letter of consent to act as Auditor of the Company.

Further announcement on the proposed change of Auditor will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of a replacement Auditor is finalized by the Board of Directors.

Save for the above, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders of the Company.
