We refer to the announcements dated 29 January 2018, 13 February 2018, 5 March 2018, 9 March 2018, 13 March 2018, 12 April 2018, 6 September 2018 and 9 October 2018 in relation to the Proposed SCR. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 October 2018 filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of share capital in accordance with Section 116 of the Act giving effect to the Proposed SCR. This announcement is dated 11 October 2018. |
