The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“XEPA” or the “Purchaser”) had on 16th October 2019 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Hicom Indungan Sdn Bhd (the “Vendor”) for the acquisition of a piece of 18.75 acres freehold industrial land (the “Land”), forming part and parcel of land held under GRN 59902, LOT 15606 (formerly held under No. H.S. (D) 23123, No. PT 2236), in Phase 3, HICOM Pegoh Park, Mukim Pegoh, District of Alor Gajah, Melaka (the “Master Title”) for a total purchase consideration of RM20,418,750.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Million Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) (the “Purchase Consideration”) only (the “Proposed Acquisition”).
