| Outcome of Meeting | Cloudaron Group Berhad ("Cloudaron") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Cloudaron held today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 31 July 2018, were duly passed by the shareholders of Cloudaron. The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose. The detailed of the said results are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 30 August 2018. |
