Free Warrants E 2018/ 2023 in Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad ("Vivocom") ("Warrant(s) E") issued pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of up to 3,010,706,070 new ordinary shares in Vivocom ("Vivocom Share(s)") ("Rights Share(s)") on the basis of 2 Rights Shares for every 3 existing Vivocom Shares held together with up to 1,505,353,035 free detachable warrants in Vivocom ("Warrant(s) E") on the basis of 1 Warrant E for every 2 Rights Shares subscribed for as at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 30 July 2018 at an issue price of RM0.025 per Rights Share ("Rights Issue with Warrants")
Each Warrant E carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Vivocom Share at the exercise price of RM0.05 and at any time during the exercise period of 5 years as indicated above ("Exercise Period") commencing from and including the issue date and ending at 5.00 p.m. on the expiry date (provided that if such a day is not a market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day). The Warrants E are subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 16 July 2018, constituting the Warrants E. Any Warrants E not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 28 August 2018.
