The Company wishes to update that its counsel attended the High Court today for the hearing of the decision of the Court and the learned Judge dismissed the Plaintiff’s case with costs of RM20,000 each in favour of the Company and Brite-Tech Corporation Sdn. Bhd. The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments in the above matter as and when necessary.
