We refer to the announcements made in relation to the Proposed Realtors8 Acquisition dated 15 February 2018, 14 May 2018, 6 June 2018, 21 June 2018, 2 July 2018 and 9 July 2018 (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Cloudaron Singapore had on 27 July 2018, mutually agreed with 8common that the obligation to allot the Tranche 1 Consideration Shares to 8common under the Realtors8 SPA shall be extended to within 30 Business Days after the Completion Date. Save as stated above, all the terms and conditions of the Realtors8 SPA shall remain unchanged and shall remain in full force and effect. This announcement is dated 27 July 2018. |
