Issue of 65,591,464 new free warrants in Power Root Berhad ("Power Root") ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 5 existing ordinary shares held in Power Root ("Power Root Shares") at 5.00 p.m. on 20 July 2018
Each Warrant entitles the holders to subscribe for 1 new Power Root Share at any time during the Exercise Period at the Exercise Price subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 29 June 2018 constituting the Warrants ("Deed Poll"). Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. As the Maturity Date for the Warrants falls on a non-market day (i.e. on Sunday, 23 July 2023), the Maturity Date will be the next following market day (i.e. on Monday, 24 July 2023) pursuant to the provisions in the Deed Poll.
