We refer to the announcements made in relation to the Proposed DACS Acquisition on 30 March 2018, 14 May 2018, 6 June 2018 and 21 June 2018 (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent and completion steps of the DACS SPA have been fulfilled and/or waived (where appropriate).
