Reference is made to the previous announcements made on 24 December 2014, 10 July 2017 and 17 April 2018.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Bhd had on today received a confirmation from its solicitor that an application for Judicial Review to the Shah Alam High Court against the  Minister of Finance, the Director-General of Customs, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, and the Ministry of Finance on the decision to reject CMSB’s appeal of remission of Import Duty and Sales Tax amounting to a total of RM11,131,511.26 had been filed on 5th July 2018. An application for a stay order had been filed in concurrently.

The court has not fixed any hearing date yet at the moment.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
