We refer to the announcements made in relation to the Proposed Realtors8 Acquisition on 15 February 2018, 14 May 2018, 6 June 2018 and 21 June 2018 (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent and completion steps of the Realtors8 SPA have been fulfilled and/or waived (where appropriate). As such, the Proposed Realtors8 Acquisition is deemed completed on 30 June 2018. Accordingly, Realtors8 will, upon the completion of all legal formalities, be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Cloudaron as of 30 June 2018. This announcement is dated 2 July 2018. |
