We refer to the Company's First Announcement dated 21 June 2017 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under PN17 and the announcement dated 26 June 2019 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s (“Bursa Securities”) approval for an extension of time up to 20 December 2019 to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities (“Plan”). The said Bursa Securities’ approval is subject to BMedia entering into a definitive agreement with a proposed white knight by 20 October 2019.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to announce that BMedia had on 9 October 2019 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for further extension of time to submit the Plan.
