Pursuant to Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), a listed issuer is required to obtain a mandate from its shareholders in respect of Recurrent Related Party Transactions (“RRPT”).

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had on 8 October 2019 approved the Company’s application for an extension of time to obtain shareholders’ ratification/mandate for RRPT entered/to be entered into by the Company from its listing date up to the Company’s forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (if any) or next Annual General Meeting, to be held not later than 30 September 2020, whichever is earlier.
