The Board of Directors of Kuchai wishes to announce that the Board had on 7 October 2019 recommended the following proposed dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said dividends, subject to shareholders approval, will be made payable on 6 January 2020 to shareholders' whose name appears on the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 12 December 2019:- (a) Proposed Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 1 sen per share This announcement is dated 8 October 2019.
