Ann Joo Resources Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for suspension in the trading of the securities of the Company on the Main Market of Bursa Securities for the morning session with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 7 October 2019 pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
