Sixteenth coupon payment of 6% per annum on ten (10)-year 3% stepping up to 6% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks 2011/2021 ("ICULS")  for period of interest payment 1 May 2019 to 31 Oct 2019.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Interest” as from: 17 Oct 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 18 Oct 2019
3)  Date Payable : 31 Oct 2019

Remarks:-  Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. The ICULS shall bear a coupon rate of 6% per annum based on the nominal value of RM0.50 per ICULS prior to the coming into effect of the Companies Act 2016.
