We refer to the announcement made in relation to the Proposed DACS Acquisition dated 30 March 2018 (“Announcement”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Cloudaron had on 14 May 2018, entered into a letter of extension with Edmund Low to mutually agree to amend the Completion Date, from “the date falling 45 days after the date of the DACS SPA or such other date as may be mutually agreed between Cloudaron and Edmund Low” to “30 June 2018”. Save as stated above, all the terms and conditions of the DACS SPA shall remain unchanged and shall remain in full force and effect. This announcement is dated 14 May 2018. |
