The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 29 January 2018, unless otherwise stated.
We refer to the announcements dated 29 January 2018, 13 February 2018, 5 March 2018, 9 March 2018 and 13 March 2018 in relation to the Proposed SCR. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that applications for an extension of time to despatch the circular and independent advice letter (“Proposed SCR Circular”) in relation to the Proposed SCR have been submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia on 12 April 2018. The extension of time sought is for up to 30 April 2018 or until such time that the SC has notified that it has no further comments on the Proposed SCR Circular.
