We refer to our announcement dated 26 September 2019 (“Announcement”) and the query from Bursa Securities dated 27 September 2019 in relation to the same (“Bursa Query”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

We wish to announce the following additional information as required by Bursa Securities pursuant to the Bursa Query:

Q1        Date of serving of the Litigation on GHL EPayments Sdn Bhd (“eGHL”)

            The date of serving of the Litigation on eGHL is 25 September 2019.

Q2        A confirmation as to whether eGHL is a major subsidiary of GHL Systems Berhad

             The Board hereby confirms that eGHL is not a major subsidiary of GHL Systems Berhad.

Q3        The estimated potential liability to the group arising from the Litigation

            The potential liability to the group arising from the Litigation is estimated at approximately RM3.73 million plus interest thereon calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from (1) the date of filing of the Litigation up to the date of judgment; and/or (2) the date of judgment up to the date of full payment.
