The Board of Directors of YLC wishes to announce that Canpac Sdn. Bhd. (110093-M) and Yee Lee Trading Co. Sdn. Bhd. (7849-A), both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company had on 27 September 2019 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Panaheights Development Sdn. Bhd. (882282-D) to purchase all that piece of land held under H.S. (D) 54813, PT 17391 Seksyen 20, Bandar Serendah, Daerah Ulu Selangor, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 96234.394 square metres for a total consideration of RM25,896,000.00.
