Issuance of 120,000,000 free warrants ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 1 existing ordinary share in Sern Kou Resources Berhad ("SKRB") ("SKRB Shares") held as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 March 2018 ("Free Warrants Issue")
The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholder of SKRB on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 1 SKRB Share held as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 March 2018. Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new SKRB Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 5 March 2018, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 27 March 2018.
