On behalf of the Board of Directors of YLC, we wish to announce that Canpac Sdn. Bhd. (110093-M) and Yee Lee Trading Co. Sdn. Bhd. (7849-A), boht are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company (“Purchaser”) had on today entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Panaheights Development Sdn. Bhd. (882282-D) (“Vendor”) to purchase all that piece of land held under H.S. (D) 54813, PT 17391 Seksyen 20, Bandar Serendah, Daerah Ulu Selangor, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 96234.394 square metres for a total consideration of RM25,896,000.00.
