The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Berhad had received updates from its solicitor that the Shah Alam High Court has fixed a case management for CMSB’s judicial review against the Minister of Finance and Director-General of Customs, Royal Malaysian Customs Department on the decision to reject CMSB’s appeal of remission of Import Duty and Sales Tax amounting to a total of RM11,131,511.26 on 17 October 2019. The case management is to fix a new decision date.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
