We refer to our Announcement dated 1 November 2019 in relation to BMedia’s appeal to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) against the de-listing of its securities. The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to inform that the appeal is still pending the decision from Bursa Securities as of to-date. In view of the above, the trading in the securities of BMedia has been suspended with effect from 5 November 2019. This Announcement is dated 2 December 2019.
