Reference is made to FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) First Announcement dated 16 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the First Announcement shall apply herein.

The Company refers to the consequences of non-compliance with Paragraph 8.03A(3) of the MMLR and wishes to clarify that Bursa Securities may suspend the trading of the listed securities of FSBM in the event the Company fails to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities on or before 15 October 2020 instead of 24 January 2019.
