Pursuant to the Dissenting Holders' Notices received by YTL Corp after 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 19 November 2019 up to 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 27 November 2019 in respect of the Offer, a total of 674,261 new ordinary shares in YTL Corp ("Consideration Shares") have been issued, details of which are set out below:
(i) 448,969 Consideration Shares to the shareholders of YTL Land; and
(ii) 225,292 Consideration Shares to the holders of irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks 2011/2021 of YTL Land. |
