The Board of Kretam Holdings Berhad ("KHB") wishes to announce that the following dormant wholly owned subsidiaries ("Dormant Subsidiaries") have commenced members' voluntary winding-up ("Members' Voluntary Winding-Up") on 3 December 2019 pursuant to Section 439 of the Companies Act 2016:-

1) Innosabah Development Sdn Bhd ("IDSB") (Company No. 199401016302 (301982-M));

2) Innosabah Equity Management Sdn Bhd ("IEMSB") (Company No. 199501032184 (361390-M));

3) Innosabah Resources Sdn Bhd ("IRSB") (Company No. 199501018235 (347438-P)); and 

3) Innosabah Ventures Sdn Bhd ("IVSB") (Company No. 199401016301 (301981-P)).

Details of these Dormant Subsidiaries are as follows:-

Mr Foo Poh Khean of KL Management, No. 20-3A, Jalan Pandan 2/1, Pandan Jaya, 55100 Kuala Lumpur has been appointed as Liquidator for the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of the abovementioned Dormant Subsidiaries.

The Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of the abovementioned Dormant Subsidiaries will not have any significant effect on the earnings and net assets of the KHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of KHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up.
