Further to the Company's announcements on 25 October 2019 and 8 November 2019 in relation to the proposed change of Company's name from "PWF CONSOLIDATED BHD." to 'PWF CORPORATION BHD." and subsequent to the passing of the Special Resolution by the shareholders of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting duly held on 29 November 2019, the Board wishes to announce that the Companies Commission of Malaysia has on 3 December 2019 issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of the Company. Thus, the Company is now known as "PWF CORPORATION BHD".
