TOMYPAK HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TOMYPAK" OR "THE COMPANY") - REMOVAL OF THE COMPANY'S SUBSIDIARY, TOMYPAK FLEXIBLE PACKAGING (S) PTE LTD, A COMPANY INCORPORATED IN SINGAPORE FROM THE REGISTER OF COMPANIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 344A OF THE COMPANIES ACT, CAP. 50 SINGAPORE

The Board of Directors of Tomypak wishes to announce that the removal of the Company’s subsidiary, namely Tomypak Flexible Packaging (S) Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act, Cap. 50, Singapore with effect from19 November 2019 (“Struck Off”). 

The Struck Off does not have any effect on the total number of shares issued and share capital of Tomypak, the Substantial Shareholders’ Shareholding and also does not have any material impact on the net assets, earnings and gearings of the Tomypak’s Group of Companies for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. 

There are no liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees, to be assumed by Tomypak pursuant to the Struck Off. 

None of the directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Struck Off.
