Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 30 August 2019.
The Board wishes to announce that there is no material development and conclusion on the negotiation of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered between Destini Engineering Technologies Sdn Bhd (“DETSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Destini and Felcra Processing & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“FPESB”). In view thereof, the MOU shall lapse and shall be of no further force and effect.
The MOU expiry will not have any material effect on the Company and its subsidiaries.
