Further to the announcement made on 13 November 2019, the Company wishes to announce that an adjudicator has been appointed by the Director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 to determine the dispute between the Claimant and the Respondent.
