We refer to the previous announcement made in relation to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement (“SCA”) with IAT (“Announcement”) dated 29 April 2019. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcement. The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the Parties to the SCA had on 4 December 2019 mutually agreed to extend the Term of the SCA for six (6) months commencing 1 January 2020. All other terms and conditions stated in the SCA remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 4 December 2019. |
