We refer to our announcements dated 27th November 2019 in relation to the change of auditors of Lebtech Berhad (“the Company”).

The Board of Directors Lebtech Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 5th December 2019 approved the Audit Committee’s recommendation to appoint Messrs. Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT (AF 1522) as the new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31st December 2019, after taking into account, inter alia, the proposed audit fee, profile, competence, quality and resource capacity of Messrs. Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT.

The company has on 5th December 2019 received the consent letter from Messrs. Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT (AF 1522) to act as the auditors of the Company. Hence, Messrs. Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company.
