The Board of Directors of LFE is pleased to announce that LFE Engineering Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 5 December 2019 accepted four (4) Letter of Awards dated 29 November 2019 from Shiangly Builder Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 369232-M), as the sub-contractor for a period of approximately twenty-six (26) months for the proper completion of the following project: -

Project:-

a) 1 tingkat basement tempat letak kereta dengan mekanikal dan elektrikal

b) 1 tingkat sub-basement tempat letak kereta dengan mekanikal dan elektrikal

c) 9 tingkat podium yang mengandungi 2 tingkat kemudahan rekreasi (Tingkat bawah dan Tingkat 8) dengan mekanikal dan elektrikal (Tingkat 7)

d) 20 tingkat pangsapuri perkhidmatan dengan 4 tingkat dek lanskap (Tingkat 9, Tingkat 12, Tingkat 15 dan Tingkat 18)

e) Aras bumbung dan mekanikal

di atas sebahagian Lot No. 59214 (Parcel 14), Jalan PJU 1A/46, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
