The Company wishes to announce that Encik Abdul Malik Bin Abdul Rahim, a principal officer of the Company had given notice of his dealings in securities of THHE, in relation to the conversion of Islamic Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares (ICPS-i) into Ordinary Shares of THHE, which are exempted from the restrictions or requirements of Paragraphs 14.04 and 14.05 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”) pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(c) of MMLR.
