References are made to the Company's announcements dated 7 November 2019 in relation to the Proposed Change of Company Name and subsequent to the passing of the Special Resolution by the shareholders of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting duly held on 29 November 2019.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has changed its name to IQZAN HOLDING BERHAD with effect from 4 December 2019 being the date of the Notice of Registration of Change of Name of the Company issued by Companies Commission of Malaysia which was received on 5 December 2019.
