The Board of Directors of AHB Holdings Berhad (“AHB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the resolution as set in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”)  dated 25 November 2019 was duly passed by way of poll voting at the EGM of the Company held on 12 December 2019.

 

The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. KW Ng & Co., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. A copy of the poll result is attached for reference.
