The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") (Ref No.: MOF(S).400-11/30/112(32) from Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia ("MOF")  on 16 December 2019 for a contract named "Tender Bagi Perkhidmatan Penyenggaraan Dan Khidmat Sokongan Ke Atas Aplikasi Myresults" for a total contract sum of RM5,350,930.88 ("the Contract") with the inclusive of 6% Sales and Services Tax.

The tenure of the Contract is for a period of 1 year starting from 2 January 2020 to 1 January 2021.

The Contract will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholders' shareholding, net asset per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Censof Group").

Bearing any unforseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Contract will contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of Censof Group.

Censof does not envisage any risk factor arising from the Contract besides business risk. However, the Company will continously be taking appropriate measures to manage and mitigate the risk.

None of the Directors, its substantial shareholders or person connected with the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest in the Contract.

The Board, after considering all aspects of the Contract, are of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of Censof Group.
