1. Net profit and net assets of Berjaya Food Berhad and 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad

Note:-

*After deducting the employees’ share plan reserve of Berjaya Food Berhad.

2. Transactions with Related Party for the preceding twelve (12) months

Save for certain recurrent related party transactions of revenue or trading nature which are necessary for the day to day operations of the Group, REDtone did not enter into any other transactions with Berjaya Food Berhad and 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad (including persons connected with them) for the twelve (12) months preceding the date of announcement dated 12 December 2019.
