Further to the Company's announcements made on 13 June 2017, 31 October 2017, 17 November 2017, 21 December 2017, 26 April 2018, 2 November 2018, 7 January 2019 and 14 November 2019, the Board of Directors of Luster (‘the Board”) wishes to inform that the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th defendants have filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal on 9 December 2019 and 10 December 2019 respectively against the Shah Alam High Court’s decision on 13 November 2019 (as described in the announcements dated 14 November 2019).
